Will the Tea Party Rise From the Ashes?
No, not the same Tea Party from 2009-2016. But the spirit, enthusiasm and commitment that gave rise to the Tea Party will drive MAGA24Local.
The Tea Party brought conservative policy to the attention of the nation: small government, lower taxes, less government spending and control etc. The MAGA movement and DT are taking care of promoting policy now. The Tea Party also promulgated these ideas by gaining the attention of the media and promoting national Tea Party support organizaions.
The MAGA24Local groups will focus on local activities supporting local causes and candidates, while focusing on their main goal of identifying individual MAGA voters to guarantee success of both local and national elections.
What Will Maga Groups Do? MAGA groups will discuss local issues at regular meetings, set priorities for local issues, encourage each other in their efforts to make MAGA ideals prevail and promote their causes through local press and events. Their primary efforts will be toward polling every voter in their area to identify the YES, NO and MAYBE voters.
Is polling every voter possibile? No, not by a single organization, but it is possible if thousands of MAGA volunteers are doing the polling.
MAGA24Local will format and prepare voter registration files. Groups will be given software to allow members to work from home to call registered voters. The data collected will be the property of the MagaLocal that collects it.
It's a Good Year For Conservatives. But . . . The Republican majority.in the House, has brought legislative hearings to many of the Democrat abuses of the past few years and we are looking forward to many more. We expect to see the purse strings tightened where Senate cooperation is not required etc. The rookie legislators are working together, for the most part, with energy and enthusiasm to do their part to steer us away from the sharp left turn the Democrats have been engineering.
But politics is a fickle business, a game played on a circular, never ending roller coaster. President Biden is condemned for not shooting down a balloon quickly enough one day, and the next day he gives a surprisingly good performance delivering the State of the Union message. And so it goes, on and on for both parties. The winner is likely to be the one on top when it is time to vote.
We see progress in so many areas, but never know what is around the corner to surprise us next week. The good reports on conservative media can make us feel good and give us fodder for our conversations. But these don't convert to votes.
MAGA24Local efforts sole purpose is to directly result in votes in elections.
